🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications:
For all posts:
- B.E./B.Tech. in CS/IT/Electronics or related discipline OR MCA/M.Tech.
- Valid certifications:
- GM: CISA, CEH, ISO 27001 LA (All mandatory)
- AVP: CISA, ISO 27001 LA (mandatory); CEH/CISSP preferred
- DM: CISA mandatory; CEH desirable
Experience:
- GM: Min 15 years in BFSI/IT with 10 years in leadership IS/Cyber Security roles
- AVP: Min 6 years in BFSI/IT with 3 years in IS Audit
- DM: Min 4 years in BFSI/IT with 2 years in IS Audit
💼 Job Roles
- Conducting IS and Cyber Security audits
- Implementing RBI, CERT-In, NCIIPC guidelines
- Managing audit teams & frameworks
- Reviewing policy compliance
- Handling VAPT, SOC audits, IT outsourcing audits
📝 Selection Process
- Shortlisting based on profile/experience
- Interview (100 marks)
- CTC Negotiation (for contractual roles only)
- Merit list based on interview score (tie-breaker: age)
