🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Age Limit (as on 01.01.2026)
- Minimum: 22 years
- Maximum: 40 years
Educational Qualification:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream (Science/Commerce/Arts)
- Preference: MSW, MA (Rural Development/Sociology/Psychology), B.Ed, B.Sc (Agri/Horti/Veterinary), etc.
Other Requirements:
- Good communication in local language essential
- Fluency in Hindi and English desirable
- Must have computer proficiency and typing skills (Hindi/English/local language)
- Prior teaching experience preferred
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Conduct training sessions on entrepreneurship, business management, motivation, etc.
- Assist in designing training calendar and modules
- Handle pre- and post-training logistics, reports, follow-ups
- Coordinate with trainees for project reports, success stories, credit linkage
- Supervise campus maintenance and staff (attenders, gardener, etc.)
- Guide assistant in maintaining daybook, registers
- Conduct PR, organize events, prepare reports
💰 Salary and Benefits

Contract renewable yearly till 60 years of age or end of project.

- Written Test – General knowledge & computer skills
- Personal Interview – Communication, leadership, teaching aptitude
- Demonstration / Presentation – To assess teaching skills
