- Officer (Safety): B.E./B.Tech in Safety/Fire Engineering + 1-year Diploma in Industrial Safety
- Officer (Medical): MBBS with valid registration + 2 years experience
- Operator Trainee (Chemical): B.Sc (Chemistry) or Diploma in Chemical Engineering
- Technician Trainee: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation
- Junior Fireman: SSC + Fireman Certificate Course + Heavy Vehicle License
