We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to join our growing Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment life cycle of various non-technical positions across departments such as operations, customer support, finance, administration, and more. This position requires strong communication, time management, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to source top talent using both traditional and modern recruiting methods.
🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Source, identify, and attract top candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews via phone or video.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate communication, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.
Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure timely closure of open positions with a focus on quality hiring.
Facilitate onboarding and background verification processes in coordination with the HR team.
📌 Required Skills & Competencies:
Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).
Strong understanding of various roles across non-technical domains.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using ATS systems , job portals, and social media recruitment tools.
Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
🧠 Preferred Qualifications:
Criteria Details Education Any Graduate (BBA, B.Com, BA, etc.) Experience 1–3 years in end-to-end Non-IT Recruitment Technical Tools Excel, Google Sheets, HRMS, ATS (Zoho, Taleo, etc.) Language Skills Proficient in English; regional language is a plus
🗓 Working Conditions:
Schedule : Monday to Saturday (6 days/week)
Work From Office : Saturdays
