IDBI Bank has announced 650 vacancies for Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) posts through a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program in partnership with Manipal and Nitte institutes. Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of training, 2 months internship, and 4 months on-the-job training (OJT). After successful completion, they will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers at IDBI Bank branches.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Education : Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.Age Limit (as on 01.03.2025) :
Minimum: 20 years
Maximum: 25 years(Relaxation: SC/ST – 5 years, OBC – 3 years, PwD – 10 years)
Other :
Computer proficiency is expected.
Regional language proficiency is preferred.
Final year students may apply provisionally.
