For Retired Bank Employees:
- Retired officers up to Chief Manager from any Bank (including PSU/RRB/Private/Cooperative).
- Retired clerks of Bank of Baroda with JAIIB and 3+ years of rural banking experience.

- Graduate (with computer knowledge). Preference for MCA, MBA, BE (IT).

- Regular reporting to the Regional and Zonal Office.

- Renewal/Termination: Based on performance; either party can terminate with notice.
