About the Role: As a Trust & Safety New Associate – Content Moderator, you’ll serve as the first line of defense in protecting users and online communities by reviewing, analyzing, and moderating content according to client policies. This role is crucial to maintaining the safety, integrity, and quality of online platforms.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Review, classify, and moderate user-generated content (text, video, images).
  • Investigate, escalate, or resolve user-reported issues using defined guidelines and workflows.
  • Stay updated with changing client policies and platform regulations.
  • Participate in wellness programs to manage emotional resilience due to exposure to objectionable content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and provide insights on content issues or feedback from users.
  • Engage in process improvement discussions and continuous learning sessions.
  • Work on rotational shifts including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.

  • Strong comprehension, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • High cultural sensitivity and awareness of political and social issues.
  • Ability to remain objective and unbiased while moderating sensitive content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Willingness to work in a rotational shift environment (24×7 support).
