🎯 Key Responsibilities:
- Source, identify, and attract top candidates using job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.), LinkedIn, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews via phone or video.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage candidate communication, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth interview process.
- Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment reports.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions with a focus on quality hiring.
- Facilitate onboarding and background verification processes in coordination with the HR team.
📌 Required Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience as a Non-IT Recruiter (agency or in-house).
- Strong understanding of various roles across non-technical domains.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using ATS systems, job portals, and social media recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple roles and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
