IDBI Bank has announced 650 vacancies for Junior Assistant Manager (Grade ‘O’) posts through a 1-year Post Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance (PGDBF) program in partnership with Manipal and Nitte institutes. Selected candidates will undergo 6 months of training, 2 months internship, and 4 months on-the-job training (OJT). After successful completion, they will be appointed as Junior Assistant Managers at IDBI Bank branches.
